8. Hankyu Tourist Pass

The Hankyu Tourist Pass is a rail pass which allows unlimited train travel on the Hankyu railway lines which covers Osaka, Kyoto, and Kobe. Available in 1-day and 2-day options, the Hankyu Tourist Pass is one of the more affordable options.

Valid on:

  • Hankyu Railway Kobe Line
  • Hankyu Railway Takarazuka Line
  • Hankyu Railway Kyoto Line

Not valid on:

  • Kobe Rapid Transit Railway
