2. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate

Ever notice your skin, throat, lips, eyes, nose, almost everything get super dry when you’re up in the air? Beat the low airplane humidity by keeping hydrated. Skip the coffee and booze; water is your best friend and a good eight ounces (about one cup) for every hour is recommended, but pace yourself and drink it slowly. If you’d like to have more water ready to drink, bring a water bottle and ask the flight attendants to fill it up for you. Also, pack lip balm, lotion, moisturiser, and even eye drops to relieve the dryness.
