Gastronomes, heads up! Modern-European restaurant Maggie Joan’s is welcoming Head Chef Zach Elliott-Crenn of London’s one Michelin-starred Portland Restaurant for an amazing British-themed four-hands collaboration!
Aptly-named the British Invasion, Chef Zach, along with Maggie Joan’s Group Executive Chef Seumas Smith, will be presenting an 8-Course Tasting Menu that that showcases the best of Britain in creative and contemporary ways.
Expect dishes like the Carrot Financier served with Hazelnut Praline and Extra Matured Cornish Gouda; Cornish Pollock with Squid Ink, White Sprouting Broccoli and Sea Lettuce; Beef Tartar with Miso, Tomato and Potato; and Morello Cherry and
Pink Peppercorn Ice-cream and Dark Chocolate.
The Maggie Joan’s X Portland Restaurant: A ‘British Invasion’ 4-Hands Collaboration 8-Course Tasting Menu ($140++) is available for dinner on 8th May, and for both lunch and dinner on 9th May. Wine pairings are available at an additional $90++ or a glass of Scottish Rock Rose Gin & Tonic at $24++.
