Love cheese? Of course you do.
Whether it’s rich and soft like burrata, or stretchy and stringy like mozzarella atop a pizza, we’ll take ’em all.
This October, cheese lovers are in for a treat. A three-day gourmet cheese truck will be making its rounds across three lunchtime hot spots from 26 to 28 Oct, courtesy of the Centre National Interprofessionel de l’Economie Laitière (CNIEL), with support of the European Union.
With the mission to introduce various European cheese to Singaporeans, the ‘Say Cheese’ food trucks will be serving up a tantalising selection of treats created using European cheeses, including bite-sized delights such as a Bleu “Hollandaise” on Egg Croustade; Mozzarella Mousse and Shaved Parmesan Smashed Peas Crostini; and a Gratin Dauphinois, among others.
Besides stuffing yourselves silly with the spread of cheese-centric canapés, you’ll also be able to walk away with complimentary tote bags, which comes with a selection of cheese recipes.
All you have to do is #SayCheese for the camera at the on-site social photo booths — tough feat, right?
