As elegant as the most important lady in your life, the Orient ($45 for whole cake) is a delicate cake with carved out ‘craters’ of rich salted egg lava. Coconut finger sponge makes the base of the cake, topped with layers of crunchy salted peanut and sesame feuilletine. For a final touch, the cake is covered with a light yet creamy, white lotus seed mousse.
Available at Antoinette outlets.
