Due to overwhelming response, more events have been added to this year’s Margaret River Gourmet Escape programme, ensuring more can enjoy great experiences in one of the world’s most exceptional food and wine regions.

Sundown Soiree at Fraser Gallop Estate

Enjoy award-winning wines by the exclusive Fraser Gallop Winery and canapés by Hadleigh Troy of Restaurant Amusé in this sundown soiree, and soak up the beautiful scenery.

The Collaboration Series, Xanadu

The third in the Collaboration Series, this exclusive dinner at Xanadu Winery sees a menu collaboration between the esteemed Mark Best (three-hat Sydney restaurant Marque), French chef Julien Royer, voted as “The One to Watch” 2013 in the Acqua Panna San Pellegrino Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants awards (JAAN, Swissotel The Stamford, Singapore) and Melissa Kokoti and her team at Xanadu.

Masters, Michelin & Magnums Dinner

23 Nov (for Champagne and Amuse Bouche on arrival), 7pm, A$500 per person
Burch Family Wines offers a luxurious wine and food affair with an exclusive “Masters, Michelin & Magnums” dinner. Michelin-star chef Alain Fabrègues crafts a classic French menu around recipes from his work with various masters of French cuisine, including Jean Delaveyne. Fabrègues is renowned for his acclaimed WA restaurants, The Loose Box and Bistro Des Artistes and, in 1991, became the holder of the prestigious ‘Meilleur Ouvrier De France’, the highest honour attainable for any craftsman.

Guests will also enjoy new-release wines from Howard Park and Marchand & Burch, poured from magnums. Only 40 seats.
