5. Harry Potter’s House

How much: £475,000
Harry Potter’s childhood home, Number Four Privet Drive in Little Whinging, Surrey, is now on the market as an actual house on sale. This two-storey house located in Martins Heron, Bracknell, is being sold for £475,000 (about $840,000).
But buyers shouldn’t expect the same interiors as what appears in the movies. The actual house was only used for facade shots in “Sorcerer’s Stone”; the interior was built on a Hollywood set. The actual lot comes with three bedrooms, a large living space and a sizable garden.
