Ferrari Theme Park in China & Barcelona, Spain

Earlier this year, Ferrari announced that it has licensed the construction of a theme park in one of the major cities in China.

The memorandum marks Ferrari’s third themed park in the world, following the famous Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and the upcoming Ferrari Land in Barcelona, Spain, which is opening next year.

Ferrari World Abu Dhabi is home to the world’s fastest roller coaster and the largest frame structure built: Formula Rossa, which reaches a heart-stopping top speed of a 239 km/h.

Ferrari Land Barcelona is slated to include the highest and fastest vertical accelerator in Europe, and the first-ever Ferrari-themed 5-star hotel.

If its predecessors are any indicator, the third park in China may be home to another record-breaking ride.
