They say patience is a virtue and waiting to book your next cruise may pay off big time. The best prices are said to come with bookings made close to the sail date, which can be anywhere from six to three weeks before departure.
Those with the flexibility to make last-minute bookings are often able to snag great deals with lower base fares, as cruise lines tend to offer discounted rates in order to fill the rooms. Take note though, you’ll have to settle with whatever cabins are left.
