What better way is there to escape from reality than to plant yourself in an alternate - and possibly absurd - universe? We're not talking about movies or art galleries here; escape rooms launch you into an adventure where you and your friends must wield wits and courage to break out of a seemingly impossible situation.
We've had our fair share of escape games in Singapore - check out the most chilling ones that are now open - but here's a look at the craziest escape rooms in the world that we hope to be a part of one day.

2. Run and crawl for your life
Lost in JB’s “Haunted House” branch in Skudai offers four purely horror-themed escape rooms, and two of them rate 5/5 on the physical scale.
One of them, “Survivor”, places you in an abandoned hospital that is a high zombie activity zone, in a noble attempt to find the vaccine that could save the world. The other is “Her Soul”, set in a famous haunted house where you and your friends are trapped. Strange things begin to happen, and the exit door that you came in from suddenly vanishes.
We imagine you’ll have to escape not just from the room, but from some evil entities actively chasing you within the rooms.
