8. Snowkiting in Iceland

This experience opens up a different side of Iceland beyond the usual hot springs and Northern Lights trails. At Midgard, visitors can catch the Northern wind and free ride across an untouched winter landscape.

The ride is guided by an instructor who was the first man to cross Iceland on a snowkite in a single day, and holds the world record for the highest kite jump: 445m.
