It started with a quick consultation, where I was asked about my lifestyle habits and areas of concern. I mentioned that although I exercised regularly and tried to eat healthily, there were certain stubborn areas that just wouldn’t budge.
The therapist took a few measurements on the targeted area which is the lower tummy. She immediately understood my concerns and advised on a few treatments that will help me achieve a slim and slender body.
What is Viva Beauty Contouring & Shaping?
It is a treatment powered by Multi-Polar Radio Frequency (RF) with Pulsed Electro Magnetic Fields (PEMF), that penetrates deep into the skin tissues to stimulate collagen regeneration. It is suited for skin tightening, cellulite reduction, and contouring of the body shape.
Body Slimming and Tightening Process
Starting with the Multi-Polar Radio Frequency, my therapist focused on each area of my body for about 20-30 minutes. (in this case a flabby tummy and less than toned thighs). Next, I layed back on the treatment bed and waited for the magic to begin.
The therapist applied a jelly lubricant to my skin to act as a protective barrier against the hot electrode rod! Then the electrode rod (shaped like a three-pronged massager) was rubbed over my skin, focusing on the pesky areas that needed extra attention.
During the treatment, I kept asking questions on how long usually results will be visible and little did I know even before all my questions were answered my treatment was done.
After half an hour of radiofrequency treatment, it was followed by a body contour process that helps the body by reducing localised fat and tightening the skin overall to a more contoured and sculpted body shape. There are two options of either hotbed or cold treatment you can decide on.
When can I expect to see results?

Within the week, I had already begun to see results. My tummy looks flatter and visible cellulite was removed during the very first session. Simultaneously, the surrounding skin was further tightened and I noticed a little S shape within the area.
I went ahead with the rest of the treatment, returning every week. By the fourth session, I had tried another treatment which was recommended by the senior aesthetician, Madeline.
