11. Breadtalk’s Chili Crab Puffs ($2.20 each)
We were completely crab-tivated when we tried Breadtalk’s latest variation of our national dish. As part of its 18th birthday and National Day, the local bakery chain celebrates local flavours by rolling out a limited edition line of chilli crab puffs, stuffed with real crab chunks in the sweet and spicy sauce we all love. Flavour profile aside, we have to say the puff pastry is certainly on point with its uber cute crustacean form, even sporting little pincers for your amusement!
