1. The Breaking Ice (燃冬)
Amidst the chilly winter of Yanji, a city situated on China’s northern frontier, Haofeng, a young urban dweller from Shanghai, experiences a sense of disorientation and detachment. Serendipitously, he embarks on a tour guided by Nana, an enchanting tour guide who captivates him from the outset. Through Nana, he is introduced to Xiao, a friendly yet discontented restaurant employee. Over the course of a spirited weekend filled with revelry, the three of them quickly develop a strong connection. As they confront their individual emotional wounds, the frozen aspirations within them gradually begin to thaw, as they endeavour to break free from the frigid constraints of their world.
