1. Visit Singapore’s first coffee-centric festival
Whether caffeine runs in your blood or not, there’s plenty to enjoy at the Singapore Coffee Festival. Held from June 9-12, the interactive event will feature over 100 exhibitors from the local coffee and lifestyle scene, such as Common Man Coffee Roasters and Killiney Kopitiam.
Visitors who are keen to learn more about coffee can also sign up for Lab Sessions like Latte Art workshops, held from Friday to Sunday.

2. Tuck into Hokkaido delights right here
Japanese food fairs rarely disappoint, as long as you’re patient enough to brave the inevitable queues.
Come June, the popular Hokkaido Fair will be back at Isetan Singapore with old favourites and new additions like Juice Jelly, Soy Bean Pudding, Pumpkin Tarts, Roll Cakes and more.

3. Enjoy creative spins on the classic Negroni

4. Take your family for some Western-Asian cuisine
This June, new and tantalising dishes await you at Earle Swensen’s. The restaurant has infused Asian flavours into its new dishes including Smoked Salmon Avocado Tart, Raspberry Sriracha Smoked Duck and Kalbi Beef Ribs — sweet and juicy pieces of Korean barbequed beef short ribs with a touch of Hawaiian flavour.

5. Order a Rainbow Pizza
Pezzo Pizza has introduced a specially created Club Rainbow Pizza ($4.90 a slice), available at all 28 outlets from now till mid-July. The Instagram-worthy creation is topped with Nutella chocolate as well as caramelised bananas and marshmallows, and then finished with heart-shaped sprinkles.
A part of the sales proceeds will go to Club Rainbow (Singapore), offsetting the expenses the latter incurs from helping its beneficiaries.

9. Visit a transforming traditional machiya
See four exciting local artists bring to life a traditional Japanese machiya that had ‘travelled’ from another space and time via a ‘wormhole’.
To inject an atmosphere of surprise, the architecture of the machiya will be built progressively: from a single living room to additional private rooms that come through the ‘wormhole’ one at a time over the next three weeks. The artists will also be holding weekend performances.
