If you’re a die-hard Star Wars fan, here’s how you can win the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to visit the very site where all the space opera films were produced, and catch Rogue One: A Star Wars Story in San Francisco.
A global contest called Go Rogue, which kicks off on 30 Sep, invites fans to share their own short “Rogue Stories”via creative stop-motion videos. The winning entries from around the globe will be chosen by a panel, which includes Rogue One director Gareth Edwards.
The lucky winners will then be invited to Lucasfilm in San Francisco, where they can see their winning short story shown on the same screen as Rogue One.

This contest comes after a team of Star Wars superfans revealed the new Rogue One toy line via a series of fan-made animated shorts. The stories follow the adventures of Rogue One toys – from brands like Hasbro, Lego, Mattel and the Disney Store – as they try to track down the blueprint of the Lego Star Wars Death Star set, which had been misplaced by the Empire.
The full range of new products will be available globally from 30 Sep. Check out the first short here:
Submit your entries at sea.starwars.com/go-rogue-contest. Rogue One: A Star Wars Story will be released in Singapore on 15 Dec.
