A worthy way to celebrate International Day Of Yoga

You may be an avid practitioner, but did you know International Day of Yoga falls on June 21?
In celebration of yoga practice and mindful fitness, Pure Yoga will be hosting an International Yoga Relay on the day.
24-hour Yoga Relay
Not only will yogis be able to sweat it out with fellow Singaporeans, the 24-hour relay will also connect yoga practitioners of all levels in a collective #ahhh moment at Pure Yoga locations across five cities from Asia to New York.

The 24-hour Pure Yoga Relay takes place from 8am-8pm (GMT+8) in Asia, followed by New York from 7am-8pm (EDT). Hong Kong will start off the #YogaRelay at 8am (GMT+8) followed by Taiwan, Shanghai, Singapore, with the last leg of the relay ending at 8pm (EDT) in New York.
Suitable for all levels, the complimentary classes are open to the public as well as all Pure members. Students can opt to join in for single sessions, or sign up for all three if they’re up for a challenge.
The Yoga Relay will be held at Pure Yoga – Ngee Ann City on June 21:
Session 2 ( 6pm – 7pm): Hot Hatha with Jacque
Session 3 (7pm – 8pm): Hatha with Arun
Free monthly community classes
Boost your motivation for regular yoga practice by joining #YogaForAll, a series of free monthly community classes open to the general public.
Suitable for all levels, ‘Yoga For All’ classes will be held every third week of the month, commencing June 26.

Each week, students will be able to unwind with a Hatha class led by Pure Yoga teacher, Marysia, to invigorate the mind, body and soul.
