It's still a while to go until April 2019, so let's have some trivia to tide us over until the eighth and final season of Game of Thrones airs on HBO. We don't mean testing your knowledge to name the family crests or Direwolves; we're talking about what happens on set and behind the camera. So many fascinating things have happened behind the scenes over seven seasons of the hit fantasy series. We've picked 10 little nuggets, and some might surprise even the huge Game of Thrones fans!

9. ‘Khaleesi’ has become a really popular baby name
Speaking of Khaleesi, you might actually meet someone who’s named that! Though in the show, Khaleesi is actually a title, not a name, it hasn’t stopped fans in the United States from choosing it to name their kids (and pets, too, we kid you not). When Game of Thrones Season 2 was airing in 2012, there were 146 Khaleesis born in the United States, and the number went up to 241 in 2013.
