It's still a while to go until April 2019, so let's have some trivia to tide us over until the eighth and final season of Game of Thrones airs on HBO. We don't mean testing your knowledge to name the family crests or Direwolves; we're talking about what happens on set and behind the camera. 10. Barack Obama was the first to know whether Jon Snow died

After the shocking Season 5 finale cliffhanger, then-US President Barack Obama joined the rest of the world worrying about the fate of Jon Snow. Obama went up to GOT director David Nutter at a party and asked, “You didn’t kill Jon Snow did you?” Like he told all of us fans, Nutter told Obama that Snow’s dead. But also like us fans, Obama refused to believe it. In the end, he asked for advanced episodes of the new season, and the showrunners just had to agree! Talk about the perks of being the US President!
