Books You Should Read Before They’re Made Into Movies in 2019

Get a head start on the cinema crowd

Is the book always better than the movie? Whatever you think, we recommend both reading the book and seeing the film version. Some of the best, most classic movies came from books, and 2019 will continue to release lots of book-to-movie adaptations. If you love seeing a story you only imagined come to life on the big screen, and being in the know about what upcoming movies are worth catching, good news - you have lots of time to read up on these books before they become hit movies next year!

2. “The Rhythm Section” by Mark Burnell

We can’t wait for the movie adaptation of this spy thriller starring Blake Lively! She plays Stephanie Patrick, who’s out for revenge after her family dies in a plane crash that she discovers was not an accident. The source novel isn’t new, written in 1999, but what’s definitely new is seeing Blake don all sorts of different looks for this spy-assassin role. Her ever-cheeky husband Ryan Reynolds even went as far as to post this paparazzi shot of her on Instagram – check out the caption!

Expected Release: February 2019
