9. Alien: Covenant (18 May)

Directed by original Alien creator Ridley Scott, Alien: Covenant is the sequel to the 2012 film Prometheus. The crew of the ship Covenant find what seemed like an uncharted paradise – until they discover it is a dangerous world inhabited by the “synthetic” David (Michael Fassbender), the sole survivor of the doomed Prometheus expedition, and monstrous creatures that are hunting them.
