16. The launch of new iPhone models
Following the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus, the much-anticipated iPhone X soon descended upon our shores in November which inevitably caused a snaking queue outside the Apple store along Orchard road. Unlike the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus, the iPhone X touts new apple technology, specifically the facial recognition feature, which seemingly proved to be rather ineffective.
