Opening with a four-hour bottomless session of margaritas, prosecco, wines and beer, guests can enjoy a lively family-friendly riverside dinner by the historic Singapore River: starring a lineup of Group Executive Chef Randy Torres’ fiesta picks featuring Mexican all-time crowd favourites, specially curated in the four-course Head Honcho set dinner.
