An annual event originating from the Land of the Rising Sun, World Sake Day on October 1 is a festive tribute to the alcoholic beverage made from fermented rice. This year, one of Singapore’s best Sake bar is putting together a vibrant bash to celebrate all things Sake, with a selection of 24 specially-curated sakes for tasting, authentic Japanese dishes and bar grub pairings, as well as a two half-hour long seminar of the Japanese libation.
