4. Hairy Crab Feast at Yàn
For the month of November, enjoy hairy crabs cooked in different styles at Yàn. Resplendent in a six-course set menu (S$178++; minimum 2 persons) and available à la carte.

– Steamed Live Hairy Crab served with minced Ginger and Vinegar: Showcasing hairy crab at its natural finest, time-honoured simplicity and flair spotlight the succulence and sweetness of the coveted crustacean’s flesh.
– Braised Hairy Crab Me; at and Roe Broth with diced Beancurd and Chinese Shaoxing WineThe rich essence of hairy crab meat and roe combine with fragrant ginger and silky tofu in a flavourful broth.
– Sauteed Pea Shoots with Hairy Crab Meat and Roe: Buttery golden roe imparts indulgence to every mouthful of bright, refreshing pea shoots and delectable crab.
