7. Kuriya Japanese Market’s Spring Matsuri Fair
Kuriya Japanese Market’s Spring Matsuri fair will be held from now to 31 May 2022 with its first ever Fru-shi (fruit sushi dessert) series, showcasing creative and healthy sushi surprises enhanced with fruits.
Be delighted by the colours of the Fruity Yuzu Inari stuffed with avocado, grape shrimp roe and yuzu. Others include Fruity Hako Sushi and Fruity Tai & Salmon Chirashi. Other than the sushi and chirashi don, Kuriya Japanese Market will also be offering new sakura-themed sake, sweets and snacks specially imported from Japan!
Ichiban Bento will also be launching two spring-themed bentos! Look out for the Green Chilli Miso Salmon Bento and Truffle Yuzu Orange Chicken Bento.
