Celebrate summer’s bounty and its exuberant flavours with a new seasonal menu of contemporary Italian indulgences at one Michelin-starred Buona Terra.
Highlights of Resident Chef Denis Lucchi’s summer creations include the Tomato Terzetto, which pays tribute to the season by extolling the versatile fruit in three distinctive compositions of tastes, textures and colours, as well as the Aged Wagyu with Fresh Porcini and Italian Ovuli mushroom – a ‘carpaccio’ featuring the rare and highly prized Ovuli or ‘Caesar’s’ mushroom.
