2. Don’t Miss Sentosa’s Creative Market This Weekend

On 1 and 2 March 2025, the Sentosa Festive Market – Creative Spring will offer a vibrant celebration of the season, blending nature with a curated marketplace that offers loads of engaging activities. This family-friendly event invites “creative souls, outdoor lovers, and fun-seekers” to enjoy a weekend filled with shopping, hands-on workshops, and unique experiences, even catering to furry friends.

The market boasts a diverse selection of over 30 local vendors, offering a curated shopping experience. 3. Early St. Patrick’s Day Celebrations with Guinness at Mandarin Gallery

4. Goodwood Park Hotel’s A Durian Fiesta is Back

Goodwood Park Hotel’s highly anticipated Durian Fiesta is back, running from 1 March to 10 August 2025. This year’s event is extra special, coinciding with the hotel’s 125th anniversary. 7. Limited-Time Korean Buffet at Ginger @ PARKROYAL on Beach Road

Get ready for a “Seoul”-ful Ramadan at Ginger @ PARKROYAL on Beach Road! From 27 February to 30 April 2025, the restaurant is offering a special Korean-themed dinner buffet alongside its regular offerings. This halal-certified spread features over 30 authentic Korean dishes, perfect for breaking fast with friends and family. A highlight is the selection of 7 types of Korean Fried Boneless Chicken, including unique flavors like Ghost Pepper Chilli and Kicap Manis.

Beyond the fried chicken, diners can enjoy a variety of Korean favorites. The Fire Grill live station will offer rotating barbecued meats such as Tteok Galbi, Chicken and Beef Bulgogi, Galbi, and Yang-gogi. 8. Swensen’s & Swensen’s Unlimited Deliver a Culinary Celebration

Swensen’s and Swensen’s Unlimited are offering a feast for the whole family from 28 February to 30 April 2025, during Ramadan.

Swensen’s Unlimited is featuring a special all-you-can-eat Ramadan buffet starting from S$35++. Diners can enjoy exclusive dishes like Chicken & Mutton Satay, Indonesian Cumin Roast Leg of Lamb, and Chicken Tikka Pizza. The buffet line will also include Ramadan-exclusive additions such as Ayam Bakar, Basmati Rice, Kambing Soup, and Sayur Lodeh. For dessert, there will be festive ice cream flavors like Date Ice Cream, along with traditional favorites like Pulut Hitam, Orh Nee, Kueh Lopes, and Kueh Bakar Pandan. Guests can even create their own Pulut Hitam dessert with unlimited toppings.

In addition to the buffet, Swensen’s will also offer a special Ramadan menu that features returning favorites like Seafood Goreng Linguine (S$18.90), Satay Ayam with Rice (S$15.90), and the Ramadan Mubarak Platter (S$28.90). A sweet ending to the meal can be found with the Pisang Goreng Keju (S$13.90), featuring crispy banana fritters topped with cheddar, hazelnut spread, and a scoop of ice cream.

9. Monster Curry Launches Monstrous New Teppan Yakiniku and Super Monster Combo

Monster Curry has unleashed two new monstrous additions to its menu: Teppan Yakiniku Pork and the Super Monster Combo! Known for their massive bowls of Japanese demi-glace curry, Monster Curry uses a secret blend of 14 ingredients, including garlic, ginger, celery, pork, nuts, dairy, and fruits, to create their signature dark and aromatic sauce. Curry rice is served in either a 35cm “monster” or a 41cm “mega monster” bowl, with spice levels ranging from zero to five “hearts.”

The new Teppan Yakiniku Curry series features live teppan griddles at most Monster Curry locations (excluding Suntec City). The star of the show is the Super Monster Combo (S$35++), a 41cm behemoth designed for 2-3 people. It boasts 100g of Teppan YAKI beef, 180g of tonkatsu, fried fish, two ebi tempura, 400g of rice, a three-egg omelette with mozzarella, shredded cabbage, and beni shoga. For solo diners, the YAKI Pork Omelette Curry (S$15.90++) offers Teppan YAKI pork belly with an omelette, rice, salad, and beni shoga in a 35cm bowl. Meat lovers can also opt for the Super Monster Curry (S$21.90++), combining Teppan YAKI beef and tonkatsu.

To complement the hearty meals, Monster Curry is offering a Shiiquasa Mojito (S$15.50++) and decadent honey toast desserts with Häagen-Dazs ice cream (S$11.50++ -S$12.50++). And in celebration of EN Group’s 25th anniversary, the popular Pork Katsu Curry is 25% off (now S$11.18++, U.P. S$14.90++) until 14 March 2025. This discounted dish includes the fried pork cutlet, rice, green salad, and beni shoga in a 35cm plate.
