5. Sentosa Food Truck Fiesta 2023
The Sentosa Food Truck Fiesta 2023 is set to make a grand return with its larger and more extensive second edition. This time, it features the participation of ten new food truck entrepreneurs, marking their debut at the Fiesta. These new entrants will join the ranks of four local “hawker-preneurs,” home-based bakers, and promising young culinary talents. Together, they will present a delightful range of delectable and wallet-friendly street food options, poised to redefine the culinary adventures of event-goers.
This exciting culinary extravaganza will unfold at the Palawan Green, running every Friday to Sunday from 5 pm to 10 pm, spanning from now to 17 September 2023. As the grand finale of the Sentosa Food Fest 2023, this event promises food enthusiasts a gastronomic journey featuring elevated street food offerings with unique twists.
Food to look forward to includes Fatty Patty’s Bourbon BBQ Bacon Beef Burger, SugarBellySG’s sugar- and egg-free Pon De Ring Mochi Donuts, Crowne Plaza’s “Bak Chor” Meatball Rolls and more.
