Tomo Izakaya has launched three ramen dishes, namely Tokyo Ramen; Kai Ramen; and Shake-tantan Men. Created by Chef Hirotaka Murata, these recipes have been passed down for two generations by Chef Murata’s master. The Kai Ramen ($14) comes with a soup base that’s made using two types of clam: asari and hamaguri.
