6. Singapore Cocktail Festival 2023 – Two Guest Shifts at The Bar at 15 Stamford and Smoke & Mirrors
SORA Bar at Rosewood Phnom Penh, will be doing two highly-anticipated guest shifts on 6 and 8 May. Bob Louison, Director of Bars at Rosewood Phnom Penh, and Cambodian native and Bar Manager Udom Chhoun lead the guest shifts.
Let the esteemed duo take your palates through a whirl of flavours as they serve a sneak peek of the Book of Yokai: Sora Bar’s new progressive menu wrapped in authentic Japanese storytelling. The four cocktails from their new menu will spotlight Cambodian ingredients such as rice, palm sugar and Kampot pepper, offering an exquisite taste of a country and bar destined to make big waves on the international bar scene.
The guest shifts will be held at The Bar at 15 Stamford on 6 May 2023 (Saturday) between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m., and at Smoke & Mirrors on 8 May 2023 (Monday) between 7 p.m. and 11 p.m.
