12. Have craft beer and wines at Millennium Hotels and Resorts at Happy Hour prices
Indulging in a drink in town can be pricey. But beer drinkers and wine enthusiasts can breathe a sigh of relief. From now till 31 July, Millennium Hotels and Resorts is serving up its brand-new signature drinks, M Brew and M Wines; created in collaboration with homegrown and award-winning brewery, Archipelago Brewery, and handpicked from the vineyards of Australia’s Buronga Hill Estate in New South Wales; at happy hour prices all day, every day!
M Brew is proudly brewed on home ground by the famed Archipelago Brewery, best known for their cheekily named beers inspired by Singapore. This special craft brew is a full-strength 5.0% ABV beer, infused with a fragrant pandan emulsion that delivers an aromatic, vanilla-like finish.
Two brand new house pours are also launched together with M Brew to excite the palate. A Cabernet Sauvignon and a Sauvignon Blanc with a 2018 vintage from Australia’s Buronga Hill Estate in New South Wales have been handpicked as the first two M Wines. These well-rounded wines can complement a wide range of dishes; the Cabernet Sauvignon has a subtle oak finish of chocolate and vanilla that is particularly delightful with savoury meats, while the crisp and clean Sauvignon Blanc is excellent with seafood.
The prices are as follows: M Brew (S$10 for 330ml and S$13 for 500ml), M Wine Cabernet Sauvignon (S$12 per glass and S$58 per bottle), M Wine Sauvignon Blanc (S$12 per glass and S$58 per bottle).
The draft and house pours will be available exclusively across all six MHR hotels in Singapore – Orchard Hotel, Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, M Hotel, Studio M Hotel, M Social and Copthorne King’s Hotel.
