4. Start a greener new year with sustainable food
If you’re making any New Year’s resolutions for your health and the Earth, Fat Prince is one place you can be sure to keep them. The Middle Eastern gourmet cafe and kebabery has launched a new menu dedicated to sustainability and using fresh local produce from around the region. You can look forward to Turkish and Lebanese comfort food such as Pumpkin Seed Acuka, Cashew Hummus, and Shish Tawook Chicken Kebab. Our vegetarian friends can also rejoice, as Fat Prince adds more meatless dishes to their wide menu – the Grilled Halloumi Cheese Kebab and the Avocado & Kale Tabbouleh (pictured above) look just divine!
