10. Celebrate Singapore’s Chinese heritage
Taking place at Sun Yat Sen Nanyang Memorial Hall from 4 to 12 November, Wan Qing CultureFest celebrates Singapore’s rich Chinese arts, literary and heritage scene with two exciting weekend of offerings including heritage trails, guided tours, cultural workshops, craft bazaars, live performances and more.
Try your hand at Chinese calligraphy, have your fortune read by a fortune teller, pick up the ancient martial art of Wing Chun, or Zumba away to a playlist of energetic Mandarin pop songs in the front lawn. There’ll also be lion dance performances, Chinese acrobatics, and even Cantonese operas to keep the entire family entertained all day long.
