Jungle Ballroom is excited to introduce its new and refreshed cocktail menu, Jungle Journeys Vol. 2! This collection features 16 unique cocktails inspired by the vibrant cultures and flavours of Asia. The team behind this extensive cocktail menu is Jungle Ballroom Manager, Adrian Besa and Assistant Bar Manager, Akmal Haqim.
The creation of this menu is a culmination of their year of travels throughout Asia, exploring bustling cities and serene landscapes. They worked alongside local bartenders and artisans to learn about traditional spirits and flavours. The Asia countries they visited include Thailand, Indonesia, India, Japan, Korea, Cambodia, Malaysia, Macau, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Singapore. This firsthand experience ensured that their cocktails are authentic and of the highest quality.
