7. Dine on Michelin-starred roast
After the world’s only Michelin-starred ramen eatery Tsuta opened its doors at Pacific Plaza, Kam’s Roast has followed suit.
The popular roast goose restaurant from Hong Kong was awarded the Michelin Star in the 2015 and 2016 editions of Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau. Must-tries include its signature Roast Duck, Suckling Pig and the ‘Toro’ Char Siu.
