3. Have an ARTsolutely fantastic family day
Families who are looking to end off the June holidays on a high can head to Gillman Barracks for an Art Day Out on 23 June! The full-day art event is set to offer visitor of all ages a truly immersive art experience, such as gazing at intriguing multi-media artworks and participate in hands-on creative activities. There will be outdoor artworks on display, plus others from leading regional artist Albert Yonathan Setyawan from Indonesia and Richard Streitmatter-Tran from Vietnam. For the true art buffs, you’ll be delighted to know that some of the newest gallery exhibits will be launched at the Gillman Barracks area on that day, such as Flying in the Fragmentary at the Yavuz Gallery and Size Matters: A Question of Scale in Chan + Hori Contemporary.
