6. New Menu by Craft Beer Bar The Guild
The Guild caters to those on the lookout for craft beer or cocktail bars situated in the city center. Devised by Head Chef and General Manager Alton Huang, alongside Bar Manager CK Ong, the updated menu maintains its initial concept of homemade, Asian-inspired comfort dishes while emphasizing gastropub cuisine to pair with its assortment of craft beers and cocktails.
The beverage selection has broadened to feature Draft Cocktails on tap, such as the Higher than Salted Lime, delivering the classic sweet-salty taste of Hong Kong from Young Master’s canned cocktails project. Another offering is the Guildhouse G&T, incorporating Greater Than gin, orange, and grapefruit, along with a third seasonal variant known for its simplicity and refreshing nature. For those inclined towards Highball-style drinks, there are three options to explore, such as the Orange, which is the new Orange, Aperol, Campari, and the Citronette crafted with Greater Than gin.
The cocktail lineup is completed by seven signature concoctions that blend Asian flavors and beer elements. Look forward to fresh additions like the Goslar Clover, the Plumsella, the Red Date Redemption and more.
