4. Get fresh homegrown produce from local farmers
Who says Singapore lacks its own local produce? We’ve got plenty of local farms growing their own fruits and vegetables, and this weekend’s SG Farmers’ Market is your chance to find out more about our farming community, as well as shop from them directly! On 22 and 23 September, the farmers’ market returns to myVillage @ Serangoon Gardens for its second year with over 20 local farms. Eight of them are new, and they have exciting new produce to surprise us. Check out the first pesticide-free Brazilian spinach in Singapore, Singapore’s first locally-produced strawberries, and more.
