Pan Pacific Hotels Group (PPHG) is celebrating its impressive cocktail bars with a limited-time menu showcase across Singapore until June 23. This initiative highlights the innovative mixology skills of their talented bartenders, featuring unique cocktails crafted with locally sourced ingredients.
At Pan Pacific Singapore, Plume’s “Fiery Feathered” combines sesame oil, chilli distillate, and Szechuan peppers for a spicy adventure. Head Mixologist Ong Jun Han draws inspiration from guest conversations, creating one-of-a-kind drinks.
Pan Pacific Orchard’s Florette offers the “Basil Match,” blending matcha, gin, vodka, shisho cordial, and coconut vodka for a sweet and herbaceous delight. Lime Bar at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering presents the “Pickering Sky Garden,” a botanical cocktail with Roku Gin, Midori, and gula melaka, enhanced by cucumber and lychee.
Portman’s Bar at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay introduces the “El Fili Martini,” inspired by Filipino stew Sinigang, with Grey Goose vodka, mezcal, and Tio Pepe Fino Sherry. Club 5 at PARKROYAL on Beach Road offers the “Spiced Asian Vanilla,” featuring star anise mist, pandan, kaya, and Cognac milk punch, capturing the essence of Kampong Gelam.
