3. Meet Tian Tian
The little boy who is perpetually curious about everything under the sun makes his second stop in Singapore, this time at the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre. Based on a conceptual comic in 1970s created by Danny Yung, the character seeks to promote culture, inclusivity, creativity and dialogue, by inviting the community to express themselves through their designs.
The exhibition taking place at the Gallery on Level 2 will showcase over 120 Tian Tian figurines featuring designs by local and international guest artists, as well as new designs contributed by the different communities in Singapore, as they share interpretations of their respective arts, culture and heritage. Admission is free.
10am – 8pm, 3 Mar – 3 Jun
1 Straits Boulevard, Singapore 018906
