To commemorate Japan’s annual fireworks festival, Kotobuki Restaurant presents Bakudan Ramen (from $18), a dish which literally sparkles like a firework show.
Available until 31 July, the Japanese restaurant will offer the ramen with either pork or beef toppings. A lit sparkler is then inserted in the middle of the dish before it is served, resulting in a dazzling dining experience.
