2. Fight off zombies… in VR
From 13 to 26 October, challenge yourself to a series of immersive virtual reality (VR) experiences at Bugis Junction and Bugis+. Centered around the theme of zombies (because Halloween), shoppers can look forward to three thrilling games to test their courage, namely Time Zombies, Walk the Plank and Arizona Sunshine Zombie.
The Time Zombies competition that uses the latest Arctic Fox wireless technology will mark the company’s debut in Southeast Asia, which allows for a fully immersive gaming experience without the burden of cumbersome cables or backpack computers. Don only a wireless headset with a HD screen and gaming headphones, and walk, jump, duck, dodge, even leopard crawl within a 25 square metres physical space, designed to optimise the immersive factor of the VR experience with its state-of-the-art 3D infrared system to track your every single movement.
To take on the frenzied gang of flesh-eating zombies (tip: aim for consecutive headshots to exponentially increase your scores), all you have to do is present a receipt with a minimum spend of $20 in a single receipt either at Bugis Junction or Bugis+, or redeem one gameplay with 100 STAR$ via the CapitaStar app.
