9. Court danger by tasting the fatal pufferfish
So incredibly poisonous that even a small mistake in its preparation can be fatal, fugu (pufferfish) is also a luxurious delicacy.
If you’re curious enough to have a try, check out Guenpin Fugu. The Japanese outlet is serving up the highest grade of fugu – the torafugu (tiger puffer fish), said to be rich in protein and collagen. From parboiled or fried to grilled or having it the classic sashimi way, the fugu can be enjoyed in various ways.
