7. Tippling Club presents: Once Upon A Time in Thailand
The award-winning restaurant-bar, Tippling Club, is welcoming Pitchayapong “Tum” Joongklang from The Bamboo Bar for a one-night only takeover this coming Wednesday. Ranked No. 8 by Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2019 and No. 55 in World’s 100 Best Bars 2019, The Bamboo Bar is the only bar in Thailand to have made both lists. Supported by WGS and Monkey Shoulder, Tum will feature five different cocktails specially designed for the night, giving guests a taste into the cosmopolitan streets of Bangkok.
Savour tipples like the iconic Birds, Bees and the Trees, inspired by Thailand’s North-Eastern region ‘Isan’, and concocted with Monkey Shoulder, Bee Pollen, Safflower, and Sunflower Seeds. Take your pick from other specially created cocktails by Tum, including Rosiri, a sweet combination of Hendricks, strawberry, Thai basil, and discarded champagne; or the Hawker, a mix of Milagro, coconut, lemongrass, kefir lime, and ginger.
