Cheers and drink to a good time as Kilo Kitchen hosts Samai Rum’s Brand Ambassador and Bar Manager, Sola Engele, for a guest shift this Saturday night!
Sip on creative cocktails like the smooth PPYC (Phnom Penh Yacht Club) (S$18), a mix of Samai Gold, Dom Benedictine, Grand Marnier, Vermouth Rosso, topped off with dashes of chocolate bitters and an orange peel garnish; or the refreshing Basil Beauty (S$18), a punchy concoction of Samai Kampot Pepper, pink grapefruit juice, lime juice and Thai basil syrup.
Besides the cocktails, executive chef of Kilo Kitchen Manel Valero will create two snacks accented with Cambodian flavours for accompaniment. Try the Kampot Pepper Crab Arepas (S$12), a traditional Cambodian dish served with a Venezuelan twist, or the Prawn Amok Tostadas (S$12) – crisp deep-fried tortillas, served with amok coconut Cambodian curry.
