Here’s how you can enjoy the iconic building before it closes in May
The Ministry of Law has announced that the Red Dot Traffic Building, the conserved heritage building that houses the Red Dot Design Museum, will be taken over by Maxwell Chambers in May.
The building will undergo restoration works, which will be completed in 2019. Built in 1928, the Red Dot Traffic Building used to house the Singapore Traffic Police Headquarters for more than 70 years. In 2005, it reopened with the museum as its main tenant.
Here are four events that will be happening in the building and the museum before the space closes.
