While success stories like Singapore model-actress Sheila Sim’s — she got hitched to somebody she met on Tinder — make it seem like dating apps are a viable option to meet new people; more often than not, it’s a dead end.
The most you’ll get out of it is a funny story to tell your friends.
Story Party Singapore, hosted by Kilo Lounge’s comedy night, will feature the one topic that everyone struggles with.
Professional storytellers will bring dating horror stories to life in hilarious re-enactments and you can even submit your own personal failed date at the door as well!
You’ll laugh, cry, and cheer in the name of love, and all the good and ugly, yet relatable stories will reassure you that you are not alone in your struggles.
After an hour long show, audience members can also bond together over awkward stories, new friends and refreshing drinks.
The Story Party tour will only be in Singapore for a short period of time, so be sure to catch them before they move on to the next city.
