Earth Day falls on April 22 every year, a global event and movement where we come together to do our part to protect our planet. Many organisations are hosting events, workshops and more to raise environmental awareness ahead of Earth Day. A few have already begun! 5. “Closing The Loop” Film Screening
Don’t miss this free screening of Closing The Loop, a critically acclaimed and award-winning documentary film on the circular economy, hosted by the Singapore Botanic Gardens! It is the world’s first feature-length film on the topic, which refers to the zero-waste system of reduce-reuse-recycle-renew-reinvent (as opposed to the harmful linear system of take-make-waste). Learn more about the dangers of our current consumption habits, and why and how we should all make the move to go “circular” today.
