On 29 Oct, Ce La Vi will be the site of a decadent and wicked rooftop Halloween party, filled with wild theatrics above the clouds by world-class magicians, freakish clowns, exhilarating sword swallowers, exotic dancers and fearless acrobats displaying nerves of steel.
